About the Role 

The Candidate is responsible to represent the Enterprise messaging Platform to Telcos & Media Agencies as a White Label solution.  He/she is responsible to communicate with potential customers and maximizes the sales performance of the Messaging Platform as SaaS. Obtains customer feedback and professionally handles issues. Organizes and suggests various promotional activities for acquiring new business. Keeps abreast of the latest messaging trends and requirements and recommends remedial actions.

 

About the Platform

Six times awarded OMNI Channel enterprise messaging platform available as white label to Telcos performing enterprise campaigns and media agencies. Platform provides the most significant channels in messaging such as SMS, WhatsApp, Viber, RCS, and a huge range of messaging services such as landing page creation, url shortener, mobile cards etc. The platform provides online real-time analytics reports.

 

You Must Have

  • University degree Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of practical experience in direct sales of software, web services, or electronic goods
  • Sales oriented personality
  • Excellent English skills — both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build solid and trustful working relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Must be highly self-motivated and reliable
  • Organizational skills are must.
  • Talented user of MS Office package
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • High customer orientation and quality thinking
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and detail orientated
  • Forward thinking, willingness to work, resilience, and self-assured manner
  • Understand and interested in digital media, such as the Internet and mobile communications considered a plus.
