About the Role
As a Human Resources Manager, you will supervise the company’s processes and you provide tools and methods for efficient operations of the employees. You will contribute to connect executives with employees, build an employer brand, improve employee engagement, build strategic talent resources plans.
- Oversee all HR processes.
- Ensure successful implementation of all Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits processes.
- Prepare all training, development, reward, and engagement activities.
- Organize, manage and run all employee retention, engagement, and recognition events.
- Provide specific metrics as per retention, staff complaints, and other essential metrics.
- Design action plans to provide fast solutions for all staff-related issues.
- Supervise health and safety policies.
- Report to the CEO and provide weekly reports.

You Must Have
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager of more than 100 employees.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
